Camera; Keystone, F8 Aircraft, 1944.

Very unusual, F-8 Aircraft camera, manufactured by the Keystone Manufacturing Company, Boston, Mass. The accompanying 72 page instruction and parts catalog is dated 1st January, 1944. The catalog was a restricted document " be used by personnel rendering service to the United States or it's Allies." The camera has a f5.6 Wollensak 15" telephoto lens. It takes a 5" x 7" image on special roll film 7" wide x 25' long. It has a focal plane shutter with speeds ranging from 1/125th to 1/500th of a second. It comes complete with a #12 minus blue filter in the original military style box.
